Terms & Conditions

General Rules

  • Accommodation fees must be paid in advance.
  • Maximum park stay is 3 months.
  • One vehicle is permitted per site/cabin.
  • Strictly no trucks are allowed inside the grounds.
  • All cabins/sites must be kept clean and tidy.
  • Fires are not permitted.
  • No noise after 9:00 pm.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Bikes are not permitted after dark or without a helmet.
  • Playground use is allowed during daylight hours only.

Cabins

  • Report any breakages or out-of-order items to park management immediately.
  • Leave the kitchen clean, with all dishes washed and returned to their allocated areas.
  • Management reserves the right to apply additional charges to your booking for:
    • Additional cleaning
    • Excess rubbish removal
    • Unpaid guests
    • Extended stays/late checkouts
    • Property theft
    • Repairs or damage to park property

Dump Point

  • Do not empty portable toilets in the amenities.
  • The public dump point is located 1 km from the Caravan Park, outside of the Yass Community Centre and Men’s Shed.
  • Address: 1424 Yass Valley Way, Yass, NSW.

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted in cabins at any time.
    • Additional cleaning fees will be charged if pets are found in cabins.
  • Pet owners are responsible for controlling their pets and picking up/disposing of waste.
  • Dogs must be leashed and supervised.
  • Pets are not permitted in any common areas of the park (BBQ area, amenities, playground, reception, laundry).
  • Pet owners are responsible for any personal injuries and/or property damage caused by their pet.

Cancellation

  • One week prior to check-in:
    • Payment may be transferred to a future booking or a refund offered, less a $25 administration fee.
  • Three days prior to check-in:
    • Payment may be transferred to a future booking or a refund offered at 50% of the original deposit paid.
  • Failure to check-in:
    • Non-arrivals will forfeit all monies paid.
  • No refunds for early check-out.
  • Seasonal campaigns (such as Black Friday, EOFY Sale, etc) may be promoted with a non-refundable cancellation policy. Where applicable this will be clearly displayed in the rate details during the booking process. 

The park manager reserves the right to evict any guests who do not adhere to the park rules.
